This cutting machine is used for cutting all kinds of soft & hard herbal materials. Such as herb leaves & root, licorice root, aromatic herb tea , medicinal herb, kelp and spices etc. It can also be used for material slicing and shredding in industries such as food, aquaculture, and tobacco.The cutting size from 0.5-10 cm, it’s adjustable and uniform.

Structure:

This machine is composed of an electric motor, a variable speed mechanism, a tool holder, a stepper feeding mechanism, an adjustable tool holder mechanism, etc. Due to the use of advanced stepper feeding, the cut sheet shape is uniform, and the feeding distance can be freely controlled, without causing adverse situations of material squeezing. Due to its reasonable layout, this machine is easy to operate, has a lightweight appearance, and is lightweight. The main components of this machine include feeding and cutting, as well as mechanical components. 

Working principle:

Due to the fact that the power source of the reciprocating medicine cutting machine comes from the same motor, the motion of the transmission part and the cutting part is not only an independent system, but also a closely coordinated and interrelated overall motion. When the movement of the eccentric wheel, five star friction wheel, gear, and sprocket shaft is in step (feeding), the tool holder is in the motion from the upper edge of the knife gate to the highest position and then back to the upper edge of the knife gate, so the entire knife gate is open, allowing the feeding movement to be completed. When the eccentric wheel - five star friction wheel - gear - sprocket shaft stops feeding medicine and is in the motion gap (the rocker moves in the opposite direction and the five star wheel disengages), the crankshaft turns from the upper position to the lower position, and the tool holder moves from the upper edge to the lower edge, thus completing the cutting process.
